Dr.Belmeur Clean Face Mild Toner is a lightweight, fragrance-free toner formulated to soothe sensitised and problem-prone skin while helping maintain the skin’s oil and moisture balance. It contains apple mint leaf extract, sage leaf extract and panthenol, and is dermatologically tested.

How to Use

After cleansing, apply a moderate amount to a cotton pad and gently sweep over the face, avoiding the eye area. Pat the remaining toner into the skin for absorption. Use morning and evening.
