Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Frequency Essentials! We want to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates (United States)

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $8.00, or FREE on orders of $65 or more for eligible items.

Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $15.00.

Items Shipped by Our Partner Brands

Some products ship directly from our trusted partner brands. For these items, the shipping cost and estimated delivery date are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders with items from more than one location may arrive in separate packages.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged or Lost Packages
