Frequency Essentials was created around a simple belief: what we bring into our everyday lives matters. Rather than offering endless choices, we thoughtfully curate products we believe deserve a place in your home, wardrobe, and daily rituals. We look closely at materials, comfort, function, and design, with a special appreciation for organic and natural fibers whenever possible.

Our Story

Founded by Holly Cotton in Palm City, Florida, Frequency Essentials began as a personal search for products that simply felt better — and grew into a curated shop built on that same standard.

What We Believe

Comfort and quality come first. We search for products that meet our standards for materials, comfort, function, and design.

Transparency about materials. When a product is made with organic or natural materials, we tell you. When it isn't, we believe in being transparent about that too.

Not everything makes the cut. We continually review our collection, and if we wouldn't feel good recommending something, it doesn't stay.
