Description

3CE Shimmer Makeup Fixer is a 95ml makeup-setting mist with light-reflecting pearl pigments. It forms a thin, seamless barrier over the skin to help set makeup while providing a radiant finish. It can be used before and after makeup application.

How to Use

Shake well before use. Hold the bottle approximately 20–25cm, or 8–10 inches, away from the face and spray evenly before and after makeup application. Allow the product to dry completely without touching the face.
